金管會3月底修訂電子票證使用範圍，開放悠遊卡在夜市使用。悠遊卡公司董事長戴季全今天中午前往寧夏夜市，實際體驗悠遊卡付費功能。
由於在夜市用悠遊卡消費，是去年競選期間國民黨候選人連勝文提出的政見，當時受到許多批評，柯文哲上午受訪時說，他有交待戴季全讓悠遊卡更普及，夜市刷悠遊卡也很好，沒什麼不好。
柯文哲也表示，悠遊卡是很強的壟斷力量，如果現在繼續推下去，未來計程車、夜市等什麼都可以刷卡消費，未來1年內，營業額可以比現在增加一倍以上。
柯文哲說，但悠遊卡公司不是全部是公營，大概公股和民股各占一半，如果賺的錢一半跑到民營去，「也滿有趣的」。
他認為，悠遊卡以目前半公半民的制度，走下去恐怕有「大大的問題」，未來應該要更民營化，或是更公營化。
